IHE has three operational departments --- VOLVO Trucks, RENAULT Trucks and INTERPARTS. Its vision is to be one step ahead of the competition by means of professionalism, business ethics, customer commitment and honesty. IHE is committed to meet and exceed customers’ total requirement in the field of Trucks, Equipment (Construction, Engineering & Industrial) and related spare parts.

IHE is continuously at work on improving the quality of service it delivers locally to VOLVO & RENAULT Truck owners in the Oman market. Customers, located in the interior areas of Oman, are serviced by utilising the fully trained personnel and the extensive service network of Zubair Auto Division already in place.

To add further value to the level of service provided, IHE has in place state-of-the-art training facilities in addition to mobile training units capable of providing on-site training to its widely dispersed customers. The mobile units not only focus on imparting training in engine, gearbox, suspension maintenance, but also cover intensive driver training programmes.
IHE has established centrally located warehouse complexes where over 40,000 line items are held in stock. A state-of-the-art racking system is designed to meet IHE’s requirement for easy and quick retrieval of any required spare part at a moments notice.

IHE’s inventory management system uses a proprietary software designed to source a wide range of products and parts from around the world, and helps IHE maintain an efficient inventory control and ensure prompt delivery of parts to any part of the Sultanate of Oman.
