Omanisation

IHE continues to achieve higher standards through a dedicated Omani workforce. At IHE, all Omani employees go through special on-the-job training programme covering orientation, special classes in English language, basic Computer training among others. In addition to these initiatives, IHE regularly selects suitable Omani candidates and sends them overseas for training to enhance their techno-commercial skills.

This is a direct response to the growing emphasis and focus on Omanisation in the private sector establishments. Today, The Zubair Corporation is among the few business groups in Oman, to maintain a high percentage of Omanisation. This is due to a genuine commitment to promote Omanisation at all levels.
